Enter a group chat, and tap the three dots in the upper-right corner -> “Group Management” -> “Transfer ownership”.

Enter a group chat, and tap the three dots in the upper-right corner -> “Group Management” -> “Change owner”.

III.How to transfer group ownership to an external contact

(1) Customer groups: The group ownership can only be transferred to members in the same company who have Contact Customers permissions.
(2) Internal groups and regular external groups: The group ownership can only be transferred to members in the same company.
(3) Groups created by WeChat users: Group ownership can be transferred to anyone.
