1. The owner of a connected directory can invite super admins of a company to join the directory via a QR code or an invitation link. An invitation QR code can be used only by one company to join, which is valid within 24 hours. If the QR code has been expired or occupied by other companies, contact the owner to resend an invitation.

2. After super admins scan the invitation QR code with WeCom, the system will check whether the company has joined. Duplicated joining is not allowed.

3. If a new company has joined, the super admins of the connected directory owner will receive notifications from the WeCom team.

4. A company can join a maximum of 10 circles (including the circles created by the company itself). There is no limit on the number of companies within a single circle. The maximum number of members within a circle is 30,000. Once this limit is reached, a prompt will appear saying “Member limit is exceeded.”
