Company super administrators and tiered administrators can log in to the Admin Console to manage and configure permissions for the Contacts, Company apps, and more.
Method 1: Open WeCom in a PC browser. Click Login in the upper right corner of the page and scan the QR code via WeCom to log in to the admin console. After scanning, you need to select the company you want to log in on your phone and confirm login.
Only super admins or sub-admins can log in to the admin console.
Method 2: Admins log in to WeCom on PC, and click the profile photo in the upper left corner of WeCom and click “Manage Company” to go to the admin console.
Note: If you scan the QR code using a non-admin account to log in to the admin console, the page will prompt a message “This WeChat account is not registered”. You cannot log in to the admin console in IE10 and IE11 browsers. If you cannot log in by using other browsers, switch to the speed mode and try again.
In the WeCom app, admins can go to “Workspace” -> “Manage Company” to manage company features, These include: Member and Department Management, Member Joining, Member Usage Analysis, External Contact Permissions Settings, App Management, App Messages, Workspace Display, Red Packet Covers, Security Management, Set Admins, Device Management, Company Information, Chat Management, Reward Settings, Weekly Summary, My Customer Service, and other features.
To ensure the security of the company account, when this prompt appears, you must use the WeCom app to scan the code and log in to the Admin Console.

If a company has checked “Enable SMS Verification” in “Admin Console -> “My Company” -> “Security and Confidentiality”, all admins of the company must complete SMS verification after scanning the code to log into the Admin Console.
Admins can enter their phone number by tapping “Chats” -> the “三” icon in the upper-left corner -> the “Settings” icon in the lower-right corner -> “Account & Security” -> “Mobile Number”, and then retry logging into the Admin Console.
The QR code for logging into the Admin Console is valid for 2 minutes. If it exceeds 2 minutes, you can refresh the page to obtain a new QR code.
To ensure the security of your account, please use the “Scan QR Code” feature in the WeCom app to scan the QR code on the official website to log into the WeCom Admin Console. Logging in by recognizing the QR code in the image is not supported.
If you have logged into the Admin Console but have not performed any operations, you will be required to log in again after 2 hours.
Hello, the goal of this optimization is to achieve a cleaner interface and a more efficient user experience. We’ve brought several frequently used management features to the forefront, moved the navigation to the left sidebar, and also addressed some long-standing issues while making adjustments to interaction experiences. Other usage aspects have not changed yet, and remain largely the same as before.
We understand that the interface adjustments may require a period of adaptation, and we recommend trying it out for a while longer. We will also collect and provide feedback on your suggestions. Thank you for your support of WeCom.
