The WeCom verification service fees include the review fee and the company member size fee, as detailed below:
1. Verification review fee
The review for WeCom verification is conducted by a third-party auditing company, which verifies the authenticity of the materials submitted by a company. For each verification application, a third party must be commissioned to provide review services, which incurs a review service fee. Therefore, this fee is non-refundable, regardless of the review result.
● For entities classified as “corporations, public institutions, social organizations, private non-enterprise organizations, or for-profit organizations”, the review fee is RMB 300 per application.
2. Company member size fee
WeCom charges fees based on the size of the company members approved through the verification review. Within the size purchased, members can use WeCom services centered around basic communication functions. For medium and large companies, the WeCom team will verify the size of the company members through phone follow-ups, credit checks, and visits by dedicated business personnel. The company member size fee will be charged according to the following standards. If the verification review is unsuccessful, it will be refunded.
● For medium-sized companies (1,000 < member size ≤ 10,000), the fee is RMB 2,700 per application.
● For large companies (member size > 10,000), the fee is RMB 29,700 per application.
3. Special support for non-enterprise organizations
To facilitate the development of digital government affairs and social welfare organizations, a simplified review process is offered for entities classified as government, public institutions, or other organizations, with partial fees waived:
● For entities classified as “government & non-profit organizations”, both the verification review fee and company member scale fee can be waived.
● For entities classified as “public institutions & social organizations, private non-enterprise organizations, or for-profit organizations,” the company member scale fee can be waived.
