Weekly Summary sends the weekly summary on WeCom usage to admins, managers, and members.
The summary includes the weekly summary of members, usage summary of department members, and usage summary of company members.

● The weekly summary is generated and pushed every Friday around 6:00 PM. It will be only generated for companies that are logged in, and will not be generated for members of companies that are not logged in.
● The summary contains the number of chats processed, the time spent, and the latest work time this week.
Note:
The number of chats is the number of times the member enters a chat.
The time spent is the time spent on chats.
The latest time is the latest time the member opens WeCom.
● The department head will receive the last week’s department usage summary every Monday.
● The department summary contains the usage rate of department members on WeCom and the number of inactive members who did not log in to WeCom last week. You can click “Notify inactive members” to view the inactive members.
● If you do not want to receive the department usage summary, the super admin can go to “Admin Console” -> “Security and Management” -> “Management Tool” -> “Weekly Summary”in the Admin Console and disable the department usage summary.
● The super admin will receive the last week’s company usage summary every Monday.
The company summary contains the usage rate of company members on WeCom and the number of inactive members last week.
● To receive the company usage summary, both “Weekly Summary” and “Company Usage Summary” must be enabled in the Admin Console.
● Inactive members are members who did not log in to WeCom last week. You can click “Notify inactive members” to view the inactive members.
(1) You need to enable Bubble push to receive push notifications from Bubble.
(2) Notifications from Bubble is not sent at a regular interval.
(1) You need to enable “Weekly Summary” to receive weekly summaries.
To enable “Weekly Summary”, go to Entry: “Admin Console” -> “Security and Management” -> “Management Tool” -> “Weekly Summary”in the Admin Console.
(2) The weekly summary is generated and pushed every Friday around 6:00 PM. It will be only generated for companies that are logged in, and will not be generated for members of companies that are not logged in.
① If you log out of WeCom at the scheduled generation time (e.g., logging out at 6:00 PM), you will not receive the summary. Therefore, we recommend staying logged in between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Fridays to ensure receipt.
② Once the summary generation is triggered, you will still receive the push notification even if you are not logged into the company at the time of delivery.
(3) Members whose WeCom version is v2.4.22 or earlier will not receive the weekly summary.
(1) Administrators need to enable both the “Weekly Summary” and the “Company Usage Summary” in order to receive the “Company Usage Summary”;
Note: If the “Weekly Summary” is turned off while the “Company Usage Summary” remains enabled, you may continue to receive the Company Usage Summary for a short period, but you will stop receiving it afterwards.
(2) The Company Usage Summary is pushed every Monday. Please confirm that those who did not receive the push are using the latest version of the app on Mondays;
(3) If an administrator has not logged in to the company for too long, they will not receive the push. Generally, users who have logged in to the company within the past week will receive it, even if they are not currently logged in to the corresponding company at the time of the push;
(4) If a super administrator who did not receive the Company Usage Summary has been assigned Contacts viewing permissions (such as restricted access to external departments, hidden departments/members, or restricted access to all), then the Company Usage Summary will not be pushed to that administrator.
(1) Weekly summary is reset every Monday at 00:00. Currently, weekly summary is typically pushed between 18:30 and 21:30 on Fridays.
(2) The online time on both the computer and mobile.
(3) Voice/video calls initiated within chats will be counted toward chat processing time in the weekly summary.
(4) When a livestream initiated, if the livestream persists in the foreground, its duration will be counted toward the processing time in the weekly summary.
(5) The chats in the weekly summary statistics include chats sent with the file transfer assistant, and counted as one chat.
(6) The chats in the weekly summary statistics include chats with online customer service of WeCom.
(1) Working hours are not counted on weekends.
(2) The usage of WeChat plugins will not be counted.
(3) Weekly summary statistics exclude employee service processing time and chat counts.
(4) Minimizing the client-side after opening a chat on the computer will not be included in the processing time of the weekly summary.
(5) Attendance operations will not be counted into work chat processing time.
(1) You need to confirm whether the “Member Weekly Summary” is enabled. Both the “Member Weekly Summary” and the “Department Usage Summary” must be enabled in order to receive the “Department Usage Summary”.
(2) If a user is both a super administrator and a department head, only the “Company Usage Summary” under the super administrator identity will be delivered, and the “Department Usage Summary” will not be received.
