I.What is Popular Mini Programs?

Popular Mini Programs will recommend to you the Mini Programs that colleagues have used in WeCom to meet your work needs.

II.How to use Popular Mini Programs in Workspace

1.You can easily find the recently used Mini Programs in “Workspace” -> “Recently used”.(Not available on PC)

（1）If a member has not used Mini Programs before, the Workspace will display “Popular Mini Programs”. By clicking it, they can see a list of Mini Programs used by colleagues (only Mini Programs used within WeCom are displayed).

（2）If a member has used Mini Programs before, the Workspace will display “Recently used”. By clicking it, they can see both their own and colleagues’ Mini Programs.
Note: Mini Programs linked with the company will not be displayed under “Recently used”.

2.You can search for more Mini Programs on the details page of the Mini Program, and you can also see the Mini Programs your colleagues are using.

3.The linked custom Mini Programs of the company is still displayed in the app group other than under this field.

4.For Mini Programs listed in “Recently used”, members can tap and hold a Mini Program to pin or remove it.

5.The maximum number of displayed Mini Programs is 30.

6.Admins can go to “Admin Console” -> “App Management” -> “Mini Programs” to view the Mini Programs used by members and disable a Mini Program by clicking it. Disabled Mini Programs will not be displayed. Admins can click “Disabled Mini Programs” in the upper-right corner to view them and enable them again.

III.How to use Popular Mini Programs in chats

1.You can go to “Adds-on Pane” -> “Application” -> “Recently used” to send recently used Mini Programs in chats.

2.After opening the Mini Program, you can send it to the current chat in the menu in the upper-right corner.
