I. How to contact the auditing company
After the service fee is paid, your application is sent to a third-party auditing company for secure and thorough verification. You can check the verification status and order details in the verification records or verification details. If you have any questions during the verification process, you can contact customer service or the relevant auditing agency.
The verification process may take 10 to 15 business days. The result will be sent to you via a WeCom Team message, SMS, and email.
Paths to view:
1. Self-service Inquiry
Super administrators can view the verification progress on the following page: [Mobile -> Click “≡” in the upper-left corner of the message page -> Settings -> Help Center -> Self-service Appeal -> WeCom Verification Progress Inquiry].
When the order status is “In Review” or “Assigned to a Reviewing Agency”, you can directly click the “Remind” button. The system will automatically provide the feedback to the reviewing agency for urgent processing (Reminders made on holidays will be handled on the next working day). If needed, you can also expedite the process by directly contacting the reviewing agency via phone.
2. Admin Console

3. Mobile app
[Mobile -> Workspace -> Manage Enterprise -> Enterprise Information -> Re-verification -> Verification Records -> Verification Details]
Tip: If the verification order has not been assigned to a review company, the review institution will not be displayed on the page. Please regularly check the order status for updates.
II. How to modify and add documents for verification
If the auditing company needs more information during the verification process, they will contact you and inform you on how to submit or modify the information and the relevant deadline. Please make sure that you can be reached by the contact methods you specify.
After you submit the WeCom verification application, you can edit or add information up to 3 times within 30 days. If the verification fails, you cannot modify the name and other information. You need to submit another application and pay the fees again.
