All types of companies can use the “Measure Temperature” app. Together with WeCom’s smart temperature measurement devices, companies can view and export the temperature measurement records of employees or students, tracking their fever status.

1. Who can view the temperature data?
(1) Company members’ temperature data is only visible to super admins.
(2) After parents in the Education Contacts use the temperature measurement device, teachers can view the data of the classes within their management scope. Super admins can view the temperature information of all students.

2. How do I set notifications on successful temperature measurements for parents?
Not supported in the Admin Console. Use the API .

3. Is there a limit on the number of temperature measurements? Is the first temperature recorded?
Multiple measurements are supported per day, and only the last temperature is included in the statistics.

4. Can temperature measurement records be exported?
Yes, but only statistics for a single day can be exported at a time as a document.
