I. What is a commuting reminder?

Commuting reminders mainly provide members with daily commuting route planning, real-time bus, and weather information, improving commuting efficiency.

II. How to enable commuting reminders?

Click the hamburger button in the upper-left corner of Messages page -> Click on your name -> “Commuting” in the WeCom app. Set the home location, company location, commuting mode, and reminder time on the Commuting Reminder page. After the settings are completed, you will receive the commuting plan with the shortest time of the day at the set reminder time of each working day.

The system will automatically determine the time needed to get to work and send a message reminder to leave for work in advance.

III. How to disable commuting reminders

Click the hamburger button in the upper-left corner of Messages page -> Click on your name -> “Commuting” -> “…” in the upper-right corner in the WeCom app, and disable the switch “Receive Commuting Reminder”.
