1.Go to the WeCom website, click “Login”, and scan the QR code with WeCom app to log in to the Admin Console.
2.The admin can go to “Emails”-> “Manage Exmail” in WeCom for PC and enter the Admin Console.
Administrators can add or bulk import members’ emails in [WeCom Console -> Contacts -> Organization Structure]. Select the method of entering a mobile number, then fill in the email account, member name, and account (which serves as the member’s unique ID; it is pre-filled with the email prefix by default, but can be replaced with an employee ID or student number). Save the information to successfully create the account.

Newly created company member email accounts require logging in to the WeCom app on a mobile device using the associated mobile number. To log in via the web app, [open the WeCom app, click “+” in the upper right corner of the message page -> “Scan”], and scan the QR code to log in to the email.

For a system-generated company member email account, an administrator can log in to the associated WeCom Admin Console on PC, go to [WeCom Admin Console -> Collaboration -> Email -> Email account], search for the corresponding member’s email account, and click “Edit” to modify the account prefix.
Note: After modifying a member’s email account prefix, the original email address will become that member’s alias email.

If the company has already purchased its own domain, it can click “Activate” in [WeCom Admin Console -> Collaboration -> Email -> Overview] to configure the existing domain to use Tencent Exmail.
