I. Importance of Company Size

Different companies may require different functions and services. You can provide your industry type and employee number so as to access the various features and services we offer that are tailored to meet specific business needs.

II. Modify Company Size

You need to select the company size when you register your WeCom account.
To change the company size, go to “My Company” -> “Company Information” -> “Company Size” in the Admin Console or “Workspace” -> “Manage Company” -> “Company Information” -> “Company Size” in the WeCom app.

Note: The company size can only be changed once every 30 days. The company size does not affect the member limit of the company .
