Maximum number of members in Contacts,it depends on the company size and verification status, specifically:
1. For unverified companies, the maximum number of WeCom members is 100 and the maximum number of members in the Contacts is 1,000.

2. For verified small-sized companies, the maximum number of WeCom members is 1,000, which can be increased by completing the verification for a larger company. The original number of members in the Contacts is 1,000, which can be increased for free.

3. For verified medium-sized companies, the maximum number of WeCom members is 10,000, which can be increased by completing the verification for a larger company. The original number of members in the Contacts is 10,000, which can be increased for free.

4. For verified large-sized companies, the maximum number of WeCom members is unlimited. The original number of members in the Contacts is 10,000, which can be increased for free.

5. For other companies still in the buffer period: Unverified companies have a Contacts limit of 1,000 people. Once this limit is reached, verification is required. Verified and authenticated companies that reach the Contacts limit can apply for free expansion.

Note: An increase in the original number of members in the Contacts needs to be verified. You can submit a request in “Admin Console” -> “My Company” -> “Added/Max.” -> “Verify now to increase the limit”.
