III. Withdraw money received from external

1. If a WeChat Pay merchant account is linked to Receive Money from External (linking is not supported now), the payments received will be transferred to the company’s WeChat Pay merchant account. You can log in to pay.weixin.qq.com to manage money by using the merchant account. The money can be withdrawn to the business bank card of the company or the legal person’s bank account of the individual merchant.
2. If “Company” is selected when the feature is activated, the payments received will be transferred to the activated merchant account. The applicant can withdraw money in “Workspace” -> “Receive Money from External” -> “Receiving Account” -> Tap a merchant account -> “Withdraw” in the app. Funds will be credited to you account within 1-3 working days; the exact timing depends on your bank’s processing.

3. You can configure Auto-withdrawal feature by going to [WeCom for Mobile App -> Workspace -> Receive Money from External -> Click “…” in the upper right corner of the corresponding account]
(1) Auto-withdrawal feature is only available for verified companies.
(2) After enabling the auto-withdrawal feature, the withdrawal amount is the net transaction amount of the previous day. Net transaction amount = Received money - Refunds - Transaction fees. If there is no money received the previous day, no auto-withdrawals will be triggered. Only the money received yesterday will be automatically withdrawn.
(3) After receiving the card push for the auto-withdrawal, the withdrawal funds typically arrive in the bank account within T+1 business days. The exact arrival time is subject to the processing rules of each bank.
(4) Starting from version v4.1.22, a new option has been added to the Auto Payout feature: Daily payout at 22:00. Companies can configure the system to automatically payout the entire available account balance at 22:00 PM every day (the payout amount will be the total available balance at the time of execution)

Multiple receiving accounts can be added for a company.
● There is no limit on the number of merchant accounts for a company. Merchant accounts can be activated for different entities to receive payments by department/store/project or by distributor/franchisee/subsidiary/shopping mall according to specific scenarios.
● Admins can add it in “Workspace” -> “Receive Money from External” - > “Account Management” - >“My Current Receiving Account”, or log into the admin console.

V. Dissociate merchant ID

1. Currently, associating existing merchant Ids is not supported. For historically associated or already activated merchant IDs, dissociating (removal) is not permitted; however, you may deactivate them. Deactivated accounts can be reactivated later.
Payment accounts enabled for external transactions can be deactivated. Once deactivated, this account will not be able to receive money from external. It can be re-enabled if needed.
Only enterprise super administrators can deactivate payment accounts via the following path: [Admin Console -> App Management -> External Payments -> Payment Accounts -> Click on the corresponding merchant ID -> Deactivate the Account]

2. Previously removed exclusive merchant accounts can be viewed and enabled again for receiving payments from customers.
