Based on preserving the intent and core information of the original text, this feature optimizes the text to make language expression more accurate, fluent, literary, and suitable for specific contexts.

II. How to Use the “Smart Polish” Feature?

1.Full-Text Polish

Applicable for optimizing the entire body text content of an email.
(1) Operation path:
WeCom App: go to [Email -> New Email], edit email body text, and click the drop-down arrow next to “Smart Compose” above the body text editing area to select “Smart Polish”.

(2) Procedure:
① Select the “Smart Polish” feature, and the system will automatically polish the entire text.
② After polishing, be sure to read through the text to ensure the final version fully aligns with your original intent.
③ You can choose:
Use content: Directly replace the original text with the polished version.
Insert below: Insert the polished text below the original text for easy comparison.

(3) Optimization suggestions:
For optimal results, click “Optimize Content” and select different directions to regenerate the text:

• Longer
• Shorter
• More formal
• More friendly
• Optimize description supplement
  

2.Partial Content Polish

Applicable for precisely optimizing specific sentences or paragraphs within the email body text.
(1) Operation path:
WeCom App: go to [Email -> New Email], edit the email body text, and select the sentence or paragraph needing polish.

(2) Procedure:
① The system will display the polished effect for the selected content.
② After polishing, be sure to read through the text to ensure the final version fully aligns with your original intent.
③ You can choose:
Use content: Directly replace the original text with the polished version.
Insert below: Insert the polished text below the original text for easy comparison.

(3) Optimization suggestions:
Similarly, click “Optimize Content”, select different optimization directions to regenerate the text, and compare different versions to select the best content.
