By accessing the “Emails” entry, users can activate the “Smart Summary AI” feature. Input the required email content instructions to generate a complete email framework. “Smart Summary AI” deeply summarizes email content based on previous email records, existing chat history, documents, and meeting recordings. Users can select “Usage Content” to insert it into the email body text for editing and sending, thereby improving email composing efficiency.

II. Entries for “Smart Composing”

WeCom for PC app： In the WeCom app, go to [Emails - New Email - Smart Summary AI]

WeCom for Mobile app： In the WeCom app, go to [Emails] and click the “+” icon to select Smart Summary.
