1.If enterprise members are not assigned with exclusive domain emails, they can log in using other work emails through the following path: [WeCom Client -> Email] to add a work email.
2.Fill in the email account and password: It is required to fill in the full Alibaba Mail account and client authorization code.
3.If the configuration fails, check the following settings:
1.Log in to Alibaba Mail, go to the [Mailbox -> Settings] interface, select [Mailbox Settings -> POP and IMAP], and enable the range for the client to receive emails. You are advised to receive all emails.
2.If there is no [POP and IMAP] setting page in Alibaba Mail, you need to contact the Alibaba Mail administrator, log in to [Admin Console -> Security Management -> Account Security Strategy -> Third-party Client Login Security], and select “Enable Range” to enable the IMAP/POP3/SMTP standard protocols for member mailbox clients.
To enhance the security of users when sending and receiving emails via third-party clients, when sending and receiving emails in Alibaba Mail through third-party clients, it is necessary to enter the client authorization code generated by the Alibaba Mail account in the third-party client.
The entrance to generate the authorization code: Log in to the Alibaba Mail webpage side [Settings -> Account and Security -> Account Security -> Third-party Client Security Management -> Enable Third-party Client Security Password]. After enabling the client security password, click “Generate New Password” to obtain the client authorization code, and then paste the copied password into the account password box in WeCom for login.

You can delete the associated work email via the WeCom app by going to [Email -> Email Settings -> Account -> Account Details] and clicking “Delete Account”. After deletion, the associated work email will be dissociated.
Tip: To avoid data loss, please check whether the client emails (including Contacts and drafts) have been fully synchronized to the web version of the email. If there is any unsynchronized or locally stored important information, be sure to back it up in advance.
