I. Purpose of a Company Logo

A company logo displays your brand identity.

II. Display the Company Logo

After an admin sets a logo, the logo is displayed when a member launches WeCom on their phone or PC. The logo is also displayed when an admin logs in to the Admin Console.

Note: If your company has a custom “launch screen”, the custom launch screen is displayed when a member launches WeCom on their phone, instead of the company logo.

III. Set or Modify the Company Logo

To set or modify the company logo, go to “Admin Console” -> “My Company” -> “Company Information” -> “Company Logo”. We recommend that you use a 702x180 logo.Company logo can be modified an unlimited times.

Note: If the company name contains rare characters, causing the default company logo/start-up item to not display these characters, you can upload your own company logo.
