How To Use "Automatically Create Company's Reach-out Group"?

Enabling “Automatically Create Company’s Reach-out Group” is supported. When enabled, Partner Space reach-out group with individual company (must have more than 1 person) will be automatically created, and the other party’s contact and our reach-out members will be invited to join the group chat.

For the companies which have created Partner Space, go to Admin Console -> Customers and Partner Space -> Partner Space, click the Partner Space created by corresponding company and enable/disable Automatically Create Company’s Reach-out Group

On mobile, go to Workspace-> Partner Space -> Partner Space app, you can click the top right corner to switch the currently viewed Partner Space -> Manage this Partner Space, then you can enable/disable Automatically Create Company’s Reach-out Group

Note:
1. The “Automatically Create Company’s Reach-out Group” is enabled by default. If a member/department is added to the root directory of downstream company, it will trigger automatic creation. To create the group, it requires at least 2 members who have joined the Partner Space, and the joined members must have already completed the real-name verification. If there are three members joined and two of them have not completed the real-name verification, the Partner Space Reach-out Group will not be automatically created.

2. The group chat is a type of interconnection group, and the maximum number of members in the group aligns with the maximum number set in [Admin Console -> My Company -> Chat Management -> Member Creates Group Chat].

3. The default group name is AAA & BBB Partner Space Reach-out Group, where AAA is the abbreviation of the brand owner, and BBB is the abbreviation of the distributor. if the name exceeds the group name length limit, it will be changed to “BBB’s Partner Space Reach-out Group”.
At the same time, there will be a gray text prompt in the group chat: This is a Partner Space Reach-out Group between AAA and BBB.
Note: AAA is the abbreviation of the brand owner, and BBB is the abbreviation of the distributor. This text is visible to all group members.

4. The priority of the group owner is as follows: if there are super administrators among the added group members, one of which will be randomly designated as the super administrator; if there is no super administrator, one will be randomly designated from all reach-out contacts (members added in the Partner Space).

5. When creating the group, the members added to it include: all workspace members of the distributor (including persons within the department node at the time of group creation), and the reach-out contacts of the distributor.
For company that has not set reach-out rules, their reach-out contacts are all workspace members of the main company. The reach-out rules that have been set shall prevail.
Note: Members who left the Partner Space will not automatically exit the group chat. New members added downstream will automatically join the group, and new members added upstream need to be manually invited to join the group chat.

When a new downstream member triggers the mechanism to join the group chat, the group chat text prompt is: {Member Name} from {Company Abbreviation 1} has joined the group chat by joining the Partner Space “{Space Name}”.
For example: Tangtang from Tencent has joined the group chat by joining the Partner Space “Test Company”.

6. When the group owner enables “Only the group owner or group administrator can manage” and “Group chat invitation confirmation”, it will not affect the automatic entry of new member into the group.
