If WeCom does not work properly and the system prompts “Network exception. Check your network or the local firewall settings and try again”, you need to check the environment.
1. Change your browser, network, or device and try again.
2. Check if you have configured a network proxy. If so, check the proxy or remove the proxy and try again.
3. Check if you have installed any security software or firewall. If so, check the blocking logs and try to pause or configure a whitelist.
4. In the browser environment, check if you have installed any ad-blocking or security detection plug-ins. If so, disable the plug-ins and try again.
5. Open the user environment detection tool to check if the domains are available. For any blocked domain names, contact the network admin to allow them.
6. Contact the network admin to see if any firewalls are set up for the intranet. If so, you can configure an IP whitelist. For details, refer to the WeCom Domain Names and IP Addresses.
7. If a domain that has already been whitelisted still shows as abnormal or its features cannot be used normally, please use itango to check if the domain is accessible. If accessible, provide a screenshot of the detection results, click “Share Result”, and contact the WeCom agent with the obtained link for further feedback.
