Super admins can view the available balance and the “Top Up” button in “Admin Console” -> “Advanced Features” -> “Top-Up”.
Four top-up methods are supported, including bank transfer/remittance via business account, WeChat Pay, QQ Wallet, and online banking payment.
By default, there is no balance alert. Company admins can set up a balance alert in “Admin Console” -> “Advanced Features” -> “Top Up” -> “Balance Alert” and specify the “alert amount”, “recipients”, and “alert frequency” to plan top-up in advance and avoid any disruption to business operations.
a) Alert amount: The alert amount can be set to any natural number (non-negative integer).
b) Recipients: You can choose any members within the company, members within a specific department, or members with certain tags as recipients.
c) Alert Frequency: The default frequency is “Every day”, and can be changed to “Every week” or “Every hour”.
Once the Balance Alert is enabled, when the available balance falls below the alert amount, the designated recipients will receive alert messages via “Advanced Features” based on the specified frequency.
You can modify the balance alert settings or disable the balance alert capability at any time.
Company admins can manage the balance usage permissions of members in “Admin Console” -> “Advanced Features” -> “Top Up” -> “Balance Permissions”.
a) Default rule: All super admins can use the balance to purchase all advanced features and pay for WeCom verification fees. This default rule cannot be modified or deleted.
b) Custom rules: Companies can customize rules for members to purchase advanced features with the balance. All super admins can add, modify, and delete custom rules.
Members with balance permissions can use the balance to purchase authorized advanced features or pay for WeCom verification fees if it is sufficient.
