“File Leakage Prevention” allows companies to manage file permissions in chats, emails, and apps to track uploading, downloading, viewing, and forwarding activities, thus reducing information leakage risks.

Notes:
1. Once it is enabled, files sent or uploaded in chats, emails, and events will no longer be converted to WeDrive files. Instead, they will be treated as separate confidential files with unlimited storage capacity and stored in the cloud.

2. When previewing leakage prevention images, files, and videos, the iOS system viewer will be used on iOS devices, while the WeCom viewer will be used on other clients.

3. Once “Restrict downloading and exporting files” is enabled, “Share to WeChat” and “Open with another app” cannot be used for files sent by members within the specified scope.
