1. Currently, the billing for company-paid calls starts from the moment the calling party receives the callback and clicks to answer the call, rather than starting from the moment the called party answers the call.
2. The calculation of call duration differs slightly between a one-to-one call and group call.
One-to-one call: The duration for which the caller is connected to the system call is deducted from the account balance (of the caller’s company). A call duration shorter than one minute is counted as one minute.
If the caller is connected but the call is not answered, the balance remains unchanged.
Group call: The total call duration of all participants of the call is deducted from the account balance (of the caller’s company). A call duration shorter than one minute is counted as one minute.
If the caller is connected but the call is not answered by any other participants, the duration for which the caller is connected is deducted.
3. Only a little traffic is generated after an employee initiates a company-paid call, and no further traffic and fees will be produced after the call is connected.
4. In special cases, if relevant fees for answering calls are generated in the employee’s phone package (such as charges for answering roaming calls), such fees are collected by the ISP.
5. If the mobile phone used for dialing incurs charges for answering calls, when making a company-paid call, both the minutes fee for the company-paid call and the regular phone charges will be deducted. (The deduction follows the charging rules of the mobile phone for answering calls.)
Making a company-paid call converts the dialing action of the mobile phone into an answering action.
If the mobile phone used for dialing does not incur charges for answering calls, when making a company-paid call, only the minutes fee for the company-paid call will be deducted, and the regular phone charges will not be deducted.
