I. Possible Reasons for Presence of One-Way Students

1. You added someone as a friend, but they had enabled “Add without Verification” and did not add you to their Contacts.

2. Someone removed you from their Contacts unilaterally after adding you as a friend.

II. How to View/Delete One-Way Students

1. All contacts can be filtered, whether they are students or not.
2. Contacts who have been blacklisted by the other party cannot be filtered.
3. Operation is only allowed in the mobile app.

In the WeCom app, go to “Contacts” -> “My Students” -> “All Students”, and select “One-Way Students”. And then you can delete them by tapping “Edit” -> “Delete”. Batch deletion is supported, up to 50 at a time.
