  • Members who have not associated their WeChat accounts: You can set a password directly.

Tip:
1.There are no specific format restrictions for the password. It is recommended to set a password that is familiar and not easily forgotten to ensure account security.

  • For members who have not associated with WeChat: Enter the current password to verify identity, then reset or remove the password.

III. FAQs

1.Can an administrator remove the “Folder Lock” for a member’s email?

Currently, this is not supported. The member must log in to the web version of the email to modify or remove the folder lock themselves.

2.Why are emails in locked folders not visible in third-party email clients (such as Outlook, Foxmail)?

If a folder is locked on the web version, emails within that folder will not be synchronized to the third-party clients via protocols like IMAP. To view these emails in a client, first remove the lock setting for the corresponding folder on the web version.
