You can set the options for receiving emails in Exmail, and the settings will be applied when POP3, IMAP, or Exchange is used.
Log in to your mailbox, go to “Settings” -> “Email Sending and Receiving Rules” -> “Receiving Options”.
Receive emails in “My Folder”: If this option is enabled, you can receive emails from your custom folders in the client. The option is valid for POP3, IMAP, and Exchange.
Receive notifications for spam blocking: If this option is enabled, you will receive an email regularly notifying you about the spam blocked by the system. The option is only valid for POP3.
Save sent emails to server: If this option is enabled, emails sent from the client will be saved to “Sent”. You can disable this option to save mailbox space.The option is only valid for SMTP.
Receive [All]/[Last 2 years]/[Last 1 year]/[Last 3 months]/[Last 30 days] emails: You can set the range of emails received by the client. This option is valid for POP3、IMAP and Exchange.
Restrict inbox software from deleting emails: This option prevents the client from deleting emails on the server. This option is only valid for POP3.
Finally, save the settings. The settings will be applied when POP3, IMAP, or Exchange is used.
