I. Mail app on Mac

Mac Mail is a pre-installed, native email app on all Apple devices, including MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and iMac, which allows users to manage their emails on the server directly from their devices.

II. Configure Exmail in the Mail app on MacOS

Here’s how to configure an Exmail account in the Mail app on MacOS (MacBook version OS10 is used as an example):
1.Open the Mail app on your Mac, click “Mail” -> “Add Account” in the upper-left corner.

2.Select “Other Mail Account”.

3.Enter your Exmail address, password (the client-specific password is required if Secure Login is enabled), and the account type, and then click “Sign In”.


Instructions:
User Name: (Enter the full name of your account or email address)
Account Type: IMAP
Incoming Mail Server: imap.exmail.qq.com (use SSL; port: 993)
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.exmail.qq.com (use SSL; port: 465)
Account Type: POP
Incoming Mail Server: pop.exmail.qq.com (use SSL; port: 995)
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.exmail.qq.com (use SSL; port: 465)

4.Receive emails.
