I. Overview

1.Residents can join resident groups by scanning the QR code or tapping the button in the Mini Program. A group QR code is always valid as long as it is not deleted.

2.A group owner can enable the option to create a new group automatically when the number of group members reaches the limit (for example, 200). Group members can also manually invite users to a group when the number of group members reaches 200. A QR code can be used by at most 5 groups.

3.This feature is unavailable for unverified companies.

4.The upper limits of QR codes and Min Programs are both 1,000.

II. Where to set the “Join Group Chat” feature

1.For super admins, go to “Residents and Partners” -> “Contact Residents” -> “Add Residents” -> “Join Group Chat” in the admin console.

2.For members and persons in charge, click “Workspace” -> “Resident Group”-> “Join Group Chat” on PC.

3.For members, super admins, and persons in charge, tap “Workspace” -> “Resident Group”-> “Join Group Chat” in the app.
