I. Can I use the same account on an Android tablet and a mobile phone?

Currently, Android tablets support login with the same account simultaneously as on the mobile phone. After logging in on an Android tablet, you can also login on a computer.

Note:
1. For Android tablets, users need to scan a QR code from the mobile app to log in. Simultaneous login using a mobile number or WeChat authorization on both the tablet and mobile app is not supported.
2. For foldable smartphones, the tablet login option is currently not available.

II. Can I use the same account on an iPad and a mobile phone?

When you log in to WeCom on an iPad, you can select “Login via WeChat”, “Login via Mobile Number”, or “Login on iPad and Phone”.
If you select “WeChat Login” or “Mobile Login”:
You will be logged in on PC simultaneously, even under the same company account.
You can log in on the mobile simultaneously, but not with the same company account; otherwise, you will be automatically logged out from another device.
If you select “Log in on iPad and Mobile Simultaneously:
You will be logged in on mobile and PC simultaneously, even under the same company account.

III. Can the HarmonyOS tablet log in at the same time as the mobile phone?

HarmonyOS-powered Huawei tablets support simultaneous login on both the tablet and a mobile phone.
HarmonyOS computers are classified as tablets. Simultaneous login on two tablets is not supported, nor is simultaneous login on one tablet and one computer.

IV. FAQs

1. When logging in on both iPhone and iPad, I receive a prompt “Your account is logged in on another phone.”

After switching to another company on the iPhone, you need to use the iPhone to scan the QR code on the iPad for login.

2. iPad logs out unexpectedly with the message “Login expired. Log in again.”

To log in simultaneously on both the iPad and mobile phone, you need to choose the option for both devices to log in.
