Receive Money from External is a feature provided by WeCom that both allows customers to transfer money to the companies’ WeCom merchant accounts and enables employees to receive money from customers by using receipt orders and receipt QR codes. Each company’s received money is centrally managed in its company account, with a service fee rate of only 0.2%.

Use cases: Companies that use WeCom for customer services receive money from customers’ WeChat accounts. These cases include but are not limited to: retail sales, wholesale payment, and collection of institutional tuition fees, property management fees, real estate / automobile deposits, decoration retainages, and beauty salon top-ups.
