Super admins and business owners can view student group related data of members within their admin scope in “Workspace” -> “Student Group” -> “Group Chat Statistics” from the WeCom app.
Super admins can also do this in “Students and Partners” -> “Contact Students” -> “Data Statistics” -> “Group chat statistics” from the admin console.
(1) Update time
The statistics are updated at 24:00 every day, and the updated data will not be changed. For example, if John created 3 student groups one day, but deleted these 3 student groups the next day, the number of “New student groups” on that day is “3”; if John added 3 student groups, but deleted these 3 student groups the same day, the number of “New student groups” on that day is “0”.
(2) Multi-day data statistics
For indicators “New” and “Chats with messages” under “Group chat”, “New group members” and “Group members who have sent messages” under “Group members”, and “Total group messages” under “Group messages”, their multi-day data are the sum of data of each day.
The multi-day data of “Total” under “Group chat” and “Total group members” under “Group members” are their data on the last day within the selected time frame.
(1) Group chats included in statistics
Only data from student groups are included in statistics. Data from other groups such as common external groups and groups transferred to WeChat users are excluded.
(2) Types of messages included in statistics
Messages in the form of text, image, video, link, and Mini Program are included, while system messages, voice calls, and group invitations are excluded.
(3) Statistics of data from former members
A member is transferred together with the historical data generated before his/her transfer. For example, if John is transferred from the Sales Department to the Marketing Department, the historical and new data of John shall be counted into data of the Marketing Department. After a member leaves, the historical data generated before his departure will not be eliminated. For example, if John leaves from the Marketing Department, the historical data of the Marketing Department will not be reduced.
