I. Where to set up anti-harassment for student groups

Company admins and business owners can set up anti-harassment rules for all members in “Workspace” -> “Student Group” -> “Anti-Harassment” from mobile. Members can choose to use which anti-harassment rules.

Members with permissions to use Contact Students and Student Group can configure their own anti-harassment rules.

II. Setting up anti-harassment for student groups from member side

Members can set up anti-harassment rules for student groups in “Workspace” -> “Student Group” -> “Anti-Harassment”. They can also enable anti-harassment in the Group Profile page of the groups they select. A student group can be set up with multiple anti-harassment rules.

III. Anti-harassment options

[Anti-Sensitive Words]: Remove members from the group if their messages contain predefined keywords; Remove members from the group if their messages contain phone numbers; remove members from the group if their customer aliases contain restricted keywords.

[Anti-Special Message Types]: Remove members from the group if their messages contain mini program, web page links, QR codes, images, voice messages, videos, file transfers, business cards and chat history.

[Anti-flooding Rules]: Remove members from the group if their message length exceeds XX characters, if their messages contain line breaks exceeding XX, if they send XX messages within XX seconds

[Preventing Other Enterprises]: Prohibit employees of other enterprises from joining the group (when enabled, members from other enterprise who have a history in the group will trigger this rule when sending message)

[Methods of Removing Members from Group Chats] :After removing from the group chat, warning and removing from the group chat, warning three times, members will be removed from the group chat when they violating the rules, only give a warning, as well as add to the group chat blocklist after removing

IV. Role of anti-harassment

Once anti-harassment is enabled for student groups, students who have triggered any anti-harassment rule will be automatically removed from the specific student groups or will receive warnings.

The removal settings include “Remove from group chat”, “Send warning and remove from group”, “After three warnings, those who still violate the rules will be removed”, and “Warning only”.

V. The anti-harassment rule upper limit

1. Starting from version 4.1.36, a single anti-harassment rule can be configured and applied to 20,000 trainee groups (Anti-harassment rules that previously configured to over 20,000 trainee groups can still be normally modified and used).
Note: Up to 2,000 groups can be selected for a single configuration, and if more than 2,000 groups are selected, they need to be configured in batches.

2. The total number of anti-harassment rules added with different identities is calculated independently.
① The maximum number of anti-harassment rules created by all super administrators in a company is 1,000;
② The maximum number of anti-harassment rules created by an owner of all management rules is 1,000;
③ The maximum number of anti-harassment rules created by a member is 1,000.

3. A message in an anti-harassment rule can contain up to 100 keywords.

4. The web page allowlist in an anti-harassment rule can support setting 1000 items.

5. The mini program allowlist in an anti-harassment rule can support setting 1000 items.

6. The upper limit for personal blocklist is 50,000, and the upper limit for enterprise blocklist is 2 million.

7. There is no upper limit on the number of anti-harassment rules that can be configured for a trainee group. (When setting up through the path of [Workspace->Trainee Group -> My Anti-Harassment Rules -> Trainee groups That Can Use Rules], only the recently active 2,000 trainee groups are supported.)

VI. How To Set students Who Are Not Restricted By Anti-Harassment Rules

Anti-harassment allows to set students who are not restricted by rules, namely added to allowlist. Students on the allowlist will not be affected by anti-harassment rules, and sending any messages in the students group will not trigger anti-harassment rules.

1. On the mobile app, you can enable/disable “Not Restricted by Anti-Harassment Rules” via the following path:
Friend relationship: [Mobile app -> Contacts -> Students -> Personal Information -> “…” in the upper right corner -> Set her/his anti-harassment permissions/anti-harassment settings -> Not restricted by anti-harassment rules];
Non friend relationship: [Mobile app -> Go to the corresponding student group -> click on the other party’s profile photo to go to personal information -> “···” in the upper right corner -> Set his anti-harassment permission -> Not restricted by anti-harassment rules].

2. On the computer (not currently supported on the Mac), you can enable/disable “Not restricted by anti-harassment rules” via the following path:
Friend relationship: [Computer -> Contacts -> My Students -> right click on corresponding friends -> More -> Not restricted by anti-harassment rules];
Non friend relationship: [Computer -> Go to corresponding student group -> Group members -> Right click on corresponding group member -> More -> Not restricted by anti-harassment rules].

VII. How To add or Removing students from the group chat blacklist

After a member adds a student to the group chat blacklist, the student will be removed from all of the member’s customer groups and cannot rejoin these student groups any more.

1. On the mobile app, you can enable/disable “Add to Group Chat Blacklist” via the following path:
Friend relationship: [Mobile app -> Contacts -> Students -> Personal Information -> “…” in the upper right corner -> Set her/his anti-harassment permissions/anti-harassment settings -> Add to Group Chat Blacklist];
Non friend relationship: [Mobile app -> Go to the corresponding student group -> click on the other party’s profile photo to go to personal information -> “···” in the upper right corner -> Set his anti-harassment permission -> Add to Group Chat Blacklist].

2. On the computer (not currently supported on the Mac), you can enable/disable “Add to Group Chat Blacklist” via the following path:
Friend relationship: [Computer -> Contacts -> My Students -> right click on corresponding friends -> More -> Add to Group Chat Blacklist];
Non friend relationship: [Computer -> Go to corresponding student group -> Group members -> Right click on corresponding group member -> More -> Add to Group Chat Blacklist].

3. Members can manage students restricted from joining group chat and set people not restricted by the rules in “Workspace” -> “Student Group” -> “Anti-Harassment” -> “People Not Restricted by the Rules”.
