I. Overview

1.Students can join student groups by scanning the QR code or tapping the button in the Mini Program. A group QR code is always valid as long as it is not deleted.

2.A group owner can enable the option to create a new group automatically when the number of group members reaches the limit (for example, 200). Group members can also manually invite users to a group when the number of group members reaches 200. A QR code can be used by at most 5 groups.

3.This feature is unavailable for unverified companies.

4.The upper limits of QR codes and Mini Programs are both 1,000.

II. Path

1.For super admins, click “Students and Partners” -> “Contact Students” -> “Add Student” -> “Join Group Chat” in the admin console.



2.For members, super admins, and persons in charge, click “Workspace” -> “Student Group”-> “Join Group Chat” in the WeCom app.
