1. Set Usage Scope

Admins can authorize Moments permissions to members by clicking “Students and Partners” -> “Contact Students” -> “Permission Settings” -> “Usage Scope” on the admin console

or by tapping “Workspace” -> “Student Moments” -> “Settings” -> “Set authorized members and admin rule” on the WeCom app.

Only members within the usage scope can use Moments on the WeCom app.

2. Set a Person in Charge

Admins can authorize Moments permissions to members by clicking “Students and Partners” -> “Contact Students” -> “Permission Settings” -> “Admin Rule” on the admin console

or by tapping “Workspace” -> “Student Moments” -> “Settings” -> “Set authorized members and admin rule” on the WeCom app.

The person in charge may view all posts of members, share posts with members’ students in Moments, and configure Cover and What’s Up Asset Library.
