Companies can set sensitive words, which will be downloaded to members’ WeCom accounts. When members send messages containing sensitive words to students, they will receive a prompt or the message may fail to send.
Super Admins can set sensitive words for chats between members and students in “Admin Console” -> “Students & Partners” -> “Contact Students” -> “Security Control” -> “Sensitive Words in Chats”.
They can be batch imported from Excel or manually added, but cannot be set on the phone.
A maximum of 10 rules can be set, with the name of each not exceeding 20 Chinese characters; a rule can contain a maximum of 100 sensitive words, each with a maximum of 32 characters.
Sensitive words (keywords), mobile phone number, email address, red packet (exchanged red packet).
[Warning and Blocked]: Prompts “Unable to send this message, because it contains sensitive words set by the company”.
[Warning only]: Prompts “The message contains sensitive words set by the company. Are you sure to send it?” Members can choose to continue sending or cancel sending.
Upon set, blocking prompts will pop up when a member sends messages containing sensitive words in private chat, group chat, message broadcast and other scenarios. It only takes effect in app version 3.0.36 or higher.
Blocking history for the last 45 days is kept. Admins can view or export the blocking history to excel in Admin Console.
