I. Entry points

1. The Statistics option is visible to all members of the company (via “Workspace -> “Attendance (Punch)” -> “Statistics”);

2. “Team Statistics” is visible to sub-admins with the permission to manage “Attendance (Punch)”. From this entry point, the sub-admins can view punch records of members within their admin scope；

3. “Statistics” is visible to members added as punch report recipients and sub-admins.

II. How does a member view their own punch records?

A member can view their punch-in/out records and offsite punch records in “Workspace” -> “Attendance (Punch)” -> “Statistics” from mobile.The records can be viewed by day/week/month for easier data check.

III. How to check punch records reported by others

Punch report recipients can check punch-in/out records and offsite punch records reported to them in “Workspace” -> “Attendance (Punch)” -> “Statistics” -> “Team Statistics” from mobile.
They can also view punch records by department or punch rule by choosing “Select by department” or “Select by work time rule” under “Members”.

IV. How do admins view members’ punch records?

Super admins and sub-admins can view members’ punch-in/out records and offsite punch records within their admin scope in “Workspace” -> “Attendance (Punch)” -> “Statistics” from mobile.
They can also view punch records by department or punch rule by choosing “Select by department” or “Select by work time rule” under “Members”.


In addition, they can view or export daily/monthly reports of members’ punch-in/out records and offsite punch records in “App Management” -> “Attendance (Punch)” from the admin console.

V. Attendance Team Statistics Notification/My Statistics Notification

Employees can set to receive the attendance statistics results for [Attendance policy or members created by themselves or designated as report approvers] as needed. They can also set to enable receiving their own weekly report of attendance statistics.

Support setting daily and weekly reports. The daily report will be notified the next day, and the weekly report will be notified every Monday.

Settings path: Mobile -> Workspace -> Attendance -> “…” (Attendance Settings) in the upper right corner -> Team Statistics Notification/My Statistics Notification

Starting from v4.1.38, administrators/hierarchical administrators with attendance app permissions can receive attendance statistics reminders on their computers, clicking on the card will directly redirect to the same interface of the Admin Console without requiring login, making it more convenient to manage attendance data.
Note 1: If a member is only the owner of the attendance app, they can only receive attendance statistics reminders on mobiles rather than on computers.
Note 2: Currently, in version 4.1.38, after clicking the card, you can skip login and redirect directly to the Admin Console. If the version is lower than 4.1.38, the page redirected to after clicking the card requires scanning a QR code to log in.
