Path: “Admin Console” -> “App Management” -> “Attendance (Punch)” -> “Punch in/out” -> “View Statistics” -> “Report Settings”
Under “Punch Details” of monthly punch reports, members’ punch records of the month can be viewed by punch time and/or status on each day.
1. After you select “Punch Details” in “Aggregation of monthly reports”, The display mode supports switching to displaying attendance results and time, only displaying attendance results, and only displaying attendance time.
2. After that, members’ punch time/status of the day will be shown, and exceptional punches will be marked in red.

1. For fixed working hours and shift-based working hours rules with only one attendance period, the working hours is calculated as the time span from the earliest start working time to the latest end working time. (If rest time is added, the actual working hours will be reduced by the duration of rest time)
2. For fixed working hours and shift-based working hours rules with multiple attendance periods, the working hours is calculated as the sum of the durations between clock-in and clock-out times in each period. If an employee clocks in for the first period and clocks out for the last period but misses intermediate clock-out/clock-in actions, the actual working hours will not be calculated. The calculation of working hours requires both clock-in and clock-out records in every period. (If rest time is added, the actual working hours will be reduced by the duration of rest time)
3. For fixed working hours and shift-based working hours rules configured with multiple attendance time periods, the actual working hours is calculated as the sum of the durations between actual clock-in and clock-out times in each period. If a period is configured to exclude clock-in/out requirements, it will not be included in the actual working hours calculation.
For example, if the fixed clock-in and clock-out rules include three time periods: 8:00 to 12:00 (no clock-out is required), 13:00 to 15:00 (no clock-in is required), and 16:00 to 18:00, then only the clock-in and clock-out time for the 16:00 to 18:00 period will be calculated when calculating the actual overtime duration.
4. Starting from version 4.1.32, for flexible clock-in/out rules and non-working day daily reports under all attendance policy, the actual working hours will be calculated based on paired clock-in/out records.
5. Currently, enterprises can customize the calculation units and rounding methods for actual working hours in [Admin Console -> App Management -> Attendance -> Statistical Fields Management] based on their needs.
For example, in statistical field management, if the rounding method is set to round up durations such that any fraction of an hour is calculated as a full hour, a member’s attendance duration of “8.2 hours” would be rounded up to “9 hours”.
Admins and the Punch app owner can view and export the punch records of members who have been offboarded within the last 90 days.
Currently, it is not supported to restrict members from viewing/exporting their own clock-in/out records.
Members with the following roles are allowed to view other colleagues’ clock-in/out records:
(1) Super administrators can view the clock-in/out records of all members of the enterprise.
(2) Hierarchical administrators with access management permissions for the Attendance app can see the entry and view the clock-in/out records of members within their Contacts viewing scope. Hierarchical administrators who do not have access management permissions for the Attendance app but are also the reporting targets of attendance policy will have a statistics entry and can view team statistics. If hierarchical administrators do not have access management permissions for the Attendance app and are not the reporting targets, the statistics entry will only allow them to view their own clock-in/out statistics.
(3) The Attendance app owner can create an attendance policy. They can view the clock-in/out records of members within the scope of that policy, including historical clock-in/out records of members under other policies. However, records of members not covered by the owner’s policy are not visible.
(4) After a member is added as a reporting target, they can view the clock-in/out records submitted to them by others.
