Mobile supports enabling “Voice and Video Call Alert”. This call alert toggle maintains separate functionality from the “Receive New Message Notifications” setting.

Starting from v5.0.2, iPhones can quickly answer video calls whether locked or unlocked, without needing to unlock and enter WeCom.

You can use a pop-up window to quickly answer voice calls by clicking on “≡” in the upper left corner of the mobile app, selecting [Settings -> Message Notifications -> Enable voice and video call reminders].
