1.Tap a member or customer -> the three dots in the upper-right corner and enable “His message alert”.

2.On mobile, tap the hamburger icon in the upper-left corner of the “Messages” page -> the “Settings” icon -> “Message Notifications” -> “His/Her message alert”.

You can view the contacts you have set and modify the reminder sound in “Settings” -> “Message Notifications”.
