1. Only the group owner can delete a group chat.

• Note: All-member groups, department groups, and groups with employee service personnel as the owner cannot be deleted.

On mobile: Enter a group chat, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner -> “Group Management”-> “Delete Group Chat”.

On PC: Enter a group chat, click the three dots in the upper-right corner -> “Group Management”-> “Disband Group”.

2. Deleting an external group/customer group prompts “Failed to delete the group chat.”
Log out of the WeCom app on your mobile, and then log back in via WeChat authorization (use the WeChat account bound with your WeCom account).
