How to Set Up an Agency Operating Service Provider

Agency operating service providers act as external admins, which allow service providers to log in to a company’s admin console for service provision.
Their permissions are similar to those of super admins, except that they can only add sub-admins rather than super admins.

1.A creator can delete service provider admins.
A creator can set up an agency operating service provider in “My Company” -> “Permissions” -> “Agency Operation” from WeCom admin console.

2.Once an agency service provider has been added to a company, the service provider needs to add an agency operator in “Customer Management” -> “Agency Operation” from the service provider admin console.
The service provider is added once they scan the QR code on WeCom and click “Confirm”.
Only the super admin of the service provider bound with this WeCom account can scan the QR code, which will expire in 24 hours.

3.Only the creator can add/remove the agency operating service provider. Super admins and sub-admins cannot do so.

4.Each company can authorize at most 10 service providers and each service provider can add at most 3 service provider admins to manage the company from the service provider admin console.

5.An agency operator needs to log in to the admin console of a managed company by scanning the QR code via WeCom and Selecting the managed company.

6.After the company creator has added an agency operator, the name of the agency operator will be the brand name of the service provider.
This name can be viewed and changed in “Service Provider Info” -> “Basic Info” -> “Brand Name” from the service provider’s admin console.

7.A member can be an operator of as many companies as you want.

8.The agent operation admin can log into the Admin Console of the company they operate for to complete verification using the same path for the super admin.
