The company address is displayed on the company information page. The address provides additional information about your company and adds credibility for your company.

II. View the Company Address

External contacts can see the company address when they view the company information.

III. How to Change the Company Address

1. Unverified companies can change the company address in “Admin Console” -> “Company Information” -> “Company Address”.
2. For a verified company, its business address is synchronized with the address on its business license. This field can’t be edited in the Admin Console.
Note: If the latest business license has been uploaded during submitting the paid verification, but the verified but the verified details (e.g., business address, company type, date of establishment, operational period, and business scope) still do not match the ones on the business license, please contact customer service agents for assistance.
3. For verified companies, if the registered business address changes after verification, please contact customer service agents for assistance.
4. For non-business entities, if the registered address on your business license changes after verification and needs to be updated, please reapply for verification. After verification, the address will be updated to match the business address on the business license.

1. How can a verified law firm modify its business address?
When a law firm changes its address, the new address will be indicated on the duplicate of the law firm’s practicing license. To update your address in WeCom, you need to verify again and provide a duplicate of the updated license. The auditing agency will enter the new address accordingly.
