“Admin Console” -> “Security and Management “ -> “Management Tool” -> “ Sync of Contacts”

The permissions for sync include read and edit permissions, and a company can set appropriate permissions as needed.

1. Why is “Sync of Contacts” not available in the Admin Console?
Only super admins have access to “Sync of Contacts”, while sub-admins may not see this option.
