External group chats created by WeChat users support a maximum of 200 members.

Note:
1. The number of members in a group chat cannot be expanded.

2. For enterprises not verified, the number of external contacts added to an external group cannot exceed 100 when creating the group. (i.e., When initiating a group chat and selecting external contacts, the number of contacts selected at once cannot exceed 100)

3. Once the external contact capacity reaches the limit, you will no longer be able to invite new external contacts into external groups. Only existing served contacts can be added.

4. For unverified/uncertified enterprises, internal groups (including all-staff groups, department groups, and interconnected groups) have a member limit of 500. If the number of people in a created internal group chat exceeds the limit, new members cannot be invited to join the group chat; If the number of people in the group chat does not exceed the limit, it is supported to continue inviting new members to join the group chat until 500 people. When the number of members creating a group chat setting on the management end exceeds 500, if the enterprise has not verified/uncertified, the setting will not take effect.
