Internal groups and external groups are supported in WeCom. You can create a group chat by tapping “+” in the upper-right corner of the “Messages” page.

If only company members in the Contacts are selected for a group chat, it is an internal group.

If only company members in the Contacts and external contacts/customers/WeChat contacts are selected for a group chat, it is an external group.
