Configure CC recipients
[TOC]

I. About The Feature

1. Adding cc recipients in the approval process allows cc to different persons at any stage of the approval process and in different stages of the approval process, making more flexible timing for cc.
2. The cc recipients set by the administrator can no longer be modified by the requester, ensuring the reliability of the process.

  • To achieve “cc on submission”, you can add a cc recipient in the first “+” after the requester.
  • To achieve “cc after approval”, you can add a cc recipient in the “+” after the last approver.
  • To achieve “cc on submission and after approval”, add cc recipient on both the first “+” after the requester and the “+” after the last approver.
  • If a cc recipient is added after the approver of a certain node, it will only be cced after the approver of that node agrees.

II. Path of Setting

In the Admin Console, choose “App Management” -> “Approvals”, and then click a template to enter its details page. On the “Rule Settings” tab, click “setting” of “Approval process” to enter the process settings page, and then click the plus sign (+) to add a CC node.
If admins allow applicants to modify CC recipients in template rule settings or add “selected by applicant” rules in the approval process, members can manually add CC recipients when submitting an application.
