I. Overview

Company ID is a unique identifier of a company. When a company is registered, an ID will be generated automatically, which cannot be modified.

The ID is usually used in APIs. For example, you need to use the company ID to , or obtain access_token 、call the jssdkconfig API 、create web authorization URLs.

II. Access/Query Company ID

To view the company ID, go to:
1.”My Company” -> “Company Information” -> “Company ID” in the Admin Console.

2.“Workspace” -> “Manage Company” -> “Company Information” -> “Company ID” in the WeCom app.

III. FAQ

1.Why isn’t the company ID displayed on the Corporate Information Page?
If the company has just been created, the company ID may not be generated immediately after registration. You can try refreshing the page on a browser.
If the company is registered using a mobile device, you can generate the company ID by logging in to the Admin Console for the first time on a browser.

2.Will a company ID change?
Each newly registered company will have a randomly generated company ID, and this ID will not change. If a company with the same name is recreated, the new company will be assigned a different company ID.
