Configuration Guide for Synchronizing WeCom Calendar with Other Calendars

Starting from version 5.0, both domestic and overseas enterprises can sync email and event data to system calendars and other apps, enabling unified viewing and management.

I. Obtain Calendar Account Info

1.1. You can obtain account information in “Workbench” -> “Calendar” -> “三” in the top right corner” -> “Calendar Settings” -> “Sync to Other Calendars” to bind and synchronize WeCom events to a third party (binding can be performed on the third-party email binding page) for viewing and management of the synchronized events on the third-party platform.
1.2 You can obtain account/username, server, and password information.
1.3 Password information is masked and must be obtained anew for each use to ensure it is the latest.

II. Synchronize with Mac Calendar

2.1 Open System Calendar, and select “Calendar” -> “Add Account” -> “Other CalDAV Account…” from the menu in the upper-left corner.
2.2 Change “Account Type” to “Manual”, and then enter the “User Name” and “Password” information obtained from”WeCom Calendar”.
2.3 Enter “caldav.wecom.work” in the “Server Address” field.

III. Synchronize with iOS Calendar

3.1 Go to the Calendar account management page from “System Settings” -> “Calendar” -> “Account” on your iOS device.
3.2 Tap “Add Account” and select “Microsoft Exchange”.
3.3 Enter the “Account” information obtained from “WeCom Calendar” in the “Email” field, and then tap “Next” to enter the “Password”, “User Name” and “Server” information obtained.

IV. Synchronize with Android Calendar

The configuration path depends on the mobile phone system.
4.1 Xiaomi
4.1.1 Open the built-in “Calendar”, and tap “More” -> “Settings”-> “Calendar Import” -> “Email Account Import” in the upper-right corner.
4.1.2 Enter the “User Name” and “Password” information obtained from “WeCom Calendar”.
4.1.3 Enter the “Server” and “User Name” information obtained from “WeCom Calendar”.


4.2 Huawei
4.2.1 Open the built-in “Calendar”, tap “More” -> “Calendar Account Settings”-> “Add Account” in the upper-right corner.
4.2.2 Tap “Company” to go to the account information page, enter the “User Name” information obtained from “WeCom Calendar” in the “Email Address” field, and then enter the “User Name” “Password”, and “Server” information obtained.

4.3 OPPO
4.3.1 Open the built-in “Calendar”, tap “More” -> “Settings”-> “Account and Calendar Management” -> “Add” -> “Add Exchange Account” in the upper-right corner.
4.3.2 Enter the “User Name” and “Password” information obtained from “WeCom Calendar”. In the pop-up box, select “Manual Configuration”, and then enter the “User Name” and “Server” information obtained.

4.4 VIVO
4.4.1 Open the built-in “Calendar”, tap “More” -> “Settings” -> “Calendar Account” -> “Add Account” - Exchange” in the upper-right corner.
4.4.2 Enter the “User Name” and “Password” information obtained from “WeCom Calendar”, and then enter the “Server” information obtained.

V. Synchronize with PC Calendar

5.1 Open the built-in “Calendar”, tap “Settings” -> “Manage Account” -> “Add Account” in the lower-left corner.
5.2 Select “Advanced Settings” and tap “Exchange ActiveSync”.
5.3 Enter the “Account” information obtained from “WeCom Calendar” in the “Email Address”, “User Name”, and “Account Name” fields, and then enter the “Password” and “Server” information obtained.
