[Go to the internal group chat -> click on “…” in the upper right corner -> select Message Push -> click on the corresponding Message Push -> select Post to Company], when posted to the company, the current “Message Push” will appear in the posted “Message Push” within the company and can be added to other group chats by colleagues.
1. Currently, internal group chats support Message Push, while external groups do not support it yet. (If an internal group enables the “Managed solely by the group owner” setting, members will not have the entry to add Message Push)
2. Administrators can configure “Members eligible to create Message Push” in [Admin Console - App Management - Message Push]. Members within this scope are allowed to add Message Push in internal group chats.
The creator of “Message Push” can obtain the Webhook URL corresponding to “Message Push” when viewing the “Message Push” details.
Mobile:
[Enter the group chat - Three dots (…) in the upper right corner - Message Push - Click on the corresponding “Message Push” - Webhook URL]
Computer:
[Enter the group chat -> click on “…” in the upper right corner -> Message Push - click on the corresponding “Message Push” -> Webhook URL]
1. Currently, setting message callback configurations is not supported. Support setting up “Message Push” to actively push messages.
2. There is currently no upper limit on the number of “Message Pushes” that can be added to a group chat.
3. For “Message Push” in the Windows and mobile apps, the background color of message bubbles is gray. Starting from v3.1.6, the background color of message bubbles for “Message Push” in the Mac client is white.
4. Message sending frequency for “Message Push”: Each “Message Push” cannot send more than 20 messages per minute.
5. Currently, “Message Push” supports pushing text messages, as well as markdown-formatted, image, file, and image-text type messages.
Note: The file size should be between 5KB and 20MB; image links in image-text messages support JPG and PNG formats. For better display, large images should be 1068×455 pixels and small images 150×150 pixels. Images (before Base64 encoding) must not exceed a maximum size of 2MB and support JPG and PNG formats.
Super administrators can disable/enable the “Message Push” app and disable/enable the “Message Push” feature in [Admin Console - App Management - Self-built - “Message Push”].
1. When using “Message Push” to @mention a member, the other party will not receive a message reminder.
Currently, “Message Push” does not support @mentioning members, or @mentioning customer service accounts/employee service accounts.
2. After pushing a message to a group via “Message Push”, the message sent by “Message Push” is not displayed in the corresponding group.
If the group chat has enabled “Mute All”, messages pushed via “Message Push” will fail to be delivered. You can ask the group owner/administrator to disable “Mute All” and then retry.
3. Does “Message Push” support indentation when pushing Markdown messages?
Currently not supported.
