How do I add and use Quick Reply?

Quick Reply is only available to the members with the permission to “Contact Customers”, and is supported on both mobile phone and PC.

  • Members with the permission to use Contact Customers can customize the their quick replies or view quick replies configured by the company in “Contact Customers”.

  • When added, you can view and use them in the chat sidebar.

    Note: On the PC, you can enter “#” in the input box of an external chat to trigger the Quick Reply.
