How do I use the "Contact Me" button?
  1. Add contact information

The company admin can add contact information by selecting either “Contact Me” QR code or “Contact Me” button in “WeCom Admin Console” -> “Contact Customers”, and set the members to be linked.

  1. Configure contact information

After the contact information is added, the “Contact Me” QR code can be displayed to customers as needed by the company, or the “Contact Me” button can be configured to the Mini Program.

  1. Use contact information

After the configuration is completed, customers can get the WeCom contact information of the linked members by scanning the QR code or tapping the button in the Mini Program. The company admin can set the mode “Automatically added as contacts without confirmation” for adding contacts.
